Fastest experience

The fastest way to gain Fishing experience depends on whether the player is willing to fish in the Resource Area (above level 50 in the Wilderness), is donator, or neither of those. After all, fishing spots for dark crabs and anglerfish can only be found in the resource area and donator zone.

The fastest way to gain Fishing experience risking the Wilderness or as a donator:

• Levels 1–76: Fish at the Skiller's Cove
• Levels 76-85: Sharks
• Level 85-99: Dark crabs or anglerfish

The fastest way to gain Fishing experience otherwise:

• Levels 1–76: Fish at the Skiller's Cove
• Levels 76-99: Sharks

There is fishing spot for raw karambwanji in a small lake at the Farming Patches teleport (under Skilling Teleports). As they are stackable, players can fish them while they are AFK until they encounter the random event with the cat lady.

Tip: As a donator, it might be smart to combine fishing in the donator zone with hunting dragon implings. Players must wield a butterfly net, have an empty impling jar in their inventory and have level 83 Hunter to be able to catch dragon implings. Looting dragon implings yield a lot of (baby)dragon bones, ranged ammunition and dragon arrowtips (which, in turn, can be used for gaining Fletching experience).
