Update:13 September 2019 - Ignore list, 50 donator point scroll

As of today's update, the ignore list now properly blocks all messages in both yell and public chat, which didn't work before.

We have also added a 50 donator point scroll to the donator store, allowing players to obtain a super donator rank by donating for the 250 points package, purchasing two 100 point scrolls and one 50 point scroll and using it on their own account.
